Good - you get what you pay for!
I really appreciated the owners providing access to the unit early!
When we arrived, the deck door has been left open and the unit was very muggy. We struggled with sand in all of the beds upon arrival - I wouldn't expect the cleanest unit. Everything was overall fine, the Summit is definitely an older building. The wait time for elevators was long but to be expected. The restaurant on site was great and VERY affordable. The location was far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to drive to everything.
